Mediflow The Water Pillow - Mediflow, is a full size cotton, with no thread binding and no need for an outside cover. The device is not a silicone cover. You can wear it inside your tent, out-doors, or somewhere else that suits your needs. The water pillow is available in both "full size" and "lidless" sizes available.
