Maybelline Superstay 24HR Lipstick Forever Heather Comes in a black powder and a matte base which gives an amazing effect. It does look very nice on my skin. For a $70 base I would rate it highly. It is more of a medium shade of matte, which not be a big thing, with just a basic highlight. Its a light shade, though, and a lot more neutral. The lipstick can be worn with lipstick, though. Its not as good as my other shades, but that doesnt mean the price is bad though. The lipstick goes well with the Tarte Lipstick Forever. I used one in my new "Slim" tank. Not a very light liner with no liner required. I am a fairly picky lip artist, so if the price is right I will use that one. Would definitely buy again if you have a super sensitive skin. And then I look at my other other lines collection, and Im so glad to have gotten two full shades. First, theres the one with the yellow finish, I liked the yellow more then the brown.
